Loukas brings a rounded business experience of almost 3 decades in Diageo, starting from finance but quickly moving to sales & marketing roles in Greece and Europe. From his current role as On trade Advocacy Manager in Eastern Europe, he focuses on developing the bar community and passionately works to make the bar industry a better place for everyone involved – guests, bar staff & customers and of course the brands.

Since 2014 he moved from Diageo Greece to join Eastern Europe region of 30 countries, where he built the On trade strategy, defined the Execution Standards, developed the On trade capabilities of Diageo and Partner teams, launched World Class in 12 countries and Diageo Bar Academy in 20 countries and is leading a team of 40+ Brand Ambassadors around the region.
