Meet Juris Kenins – with 16+ years in the drinks industry, Juris has managed some of Riga’s top bars, competed in over 30 international bartending competitions, and was part of the world-renowned American Bar at The Savoy, London when it was named the best bar in the world. Today, back in Latvia, he runs SIA Speciality and the Kolekcija Spirits shop in Riga, continuing to shape the region’s drinks culture.

At Baltic Bar Show, Juris will explore: “Understanding and respecting the history of Baltic drinks and how to use them. Flavour extraction and incorporation of hyperlocal ingredients.” 🌿
