Skóg Restaurant (Lithuania, Iceland)
Chef Arnór Ingi Bjarkason, originally from Reykjavík, Iceland, and the first chef in Lithuania to receive a Michelin Green Star for his commitment to sustainable gastronomy.
Owner of the recently opened Skóg offering a multi-course tasting experience inspired by the forests and landscapes of Lithuania, interpreted through a Nordic lens. Grounded in seasonality and guided by a deep commitment to sustainability, each menu is a thoughtful exploration of nature through food. The name Skóg — Icelandic for forest — and its birch leaf logo reflect a deep sense of place and story.
Every element at Skóg is shaped by nature, memory, and a quiet reverence for the land.
