Kristine’s background within the US hospitality industry includes management of some of the top restaurants, bars and clubs in both Los Angeles and Sonoma Counties, followed by five years as a pastry chef and ownership of an award-winning restaurant in Malibu, California. After four insightful years as Beverage Director with luxury hotel and resort brand Four Seasons, and taking time to travel through six European countries, Kristine holds invaluable insights into culture, creative technique and hospitality styles, and holds a true passion for mentoring others. Kristine is currently head of Global Business Development for Singapore-based bar consultancy The Compound Collective, and can occasionally be found leading educational sessions in the US and beyond, for the groundbreaking distribution platform, ecoSPIRITS.
